CJBSKA,  believe that incorrect training (distance running, a slow-twitch muscle fiber activity, in athletes with fast-twitch characteristics) can cause decrements to performance. At CJBSKA we use techniques such as plyometrics, olympic lifts and sports-specific movements. Our strength coach improve physical function and athletic

performance.

 

 

BOOT CAMP

CJBSKA, BOOT CAMP WILL BE THE BEST AND AFFORDABLE CROSS TRAINING ON THE GULF COAST.  WE HAVE EXCELLENT AND EXCITING COACHES WHO ARE DRIVEN IN HELPING OUR CLIENTS REACH THEIR GOALS.  WE ENCOURAGE A HEALTHY LIFE AND ALSO HAVE NUTRIONIST ON STAFF. OUR CLASSES WILL INCLUDE INTENSE TRAINING, WITH FOCUS OF CARDIO AND INTERVAL TRAINING.
